Easy & Fair Returns Policy

At Dubai Curtain Shop, we want you to be completely happy with your new curtains and blinds. Because most of our products are custom-made to fit your specific window measurements, our return policy is different for custom items and standard accessories.

Custom-Made Curtains and Blinds (Made-to-Measure)

Custom orders are defined as any curtain, blind, track, or rod specifically sized or manufactured based on your unique measurements and specifications.

  1. No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the bespoke nature of these products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for custom-made items. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
  2. Why? The item is made only for your windows and cannot be resold to another customer in Dubai.
  3. Defective or Damaged Upon Arrival: If your custom order arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged during delivery, or if the product does not match the specifications confirmed in your order receipt:
    1. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
    2. We will arrange for an inspection and will repair or replace the defective/damaged item at no cost to you.
  4. Measurement Errors: If the measurements provided by the customer were incorrect, we are not responsible for the misfit. However, please contact us—we may be able to offer a repair or alteration service for a minimal fee.

Standard Products and Accessories

Standard products include non-customized items like curtain accessories, tie-backs, spare parts, and ready-made sizes.

  1. Return Window: You may return or exchange standard, non-custom products within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in perfect, resalable condition.
  3. Refund: A full refund (excluding the original shipping and handling fees) will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after we inspect and approve the returned items.
  4. Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning standard items.

To request a return for a damaged custom order or a standard accessory:
